Investors interested in establishing businesses in Ogun State have been assured of robust returns, as the State government has been unrelenting in creating an enabling environment that will make their investments thrive.
The Alake of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo gave the assurance while playing host to the students of Nigerian Army College of Logistic, Lagos who are on a 5-day industrial visit to the State.
Oba Gbadebo urged the students to take advantage of their visit to inform their colleagues who were not part of the team about what they found on the ground, so that they can know that Ogun State was indeed a gateway to industrial development.
Responding, the team leader, Major-General Thompson Oliomogbe thanked the Alake for the warm reception accorded them, pointing out that the college was established to train officers from the Nigerian Army, Air force, the Nigerian Police and SSS on matters pertaining to logistics in the military.
General Oliomogbe added that their mission to the State was to understudy its industrial development and thereafter make use of their findings in their day-to-day assignments.
The team had earlier visited the Technology Incubation Centre, Onijanganjangan in Abeokuta and Lafarge Cement factory at Ewekoro as part of their study tour of the State.
At the Technology Incubation Centre, its Manager, Engr. John Oni explained that the centre had generated over hundred jobs, adding that the centre had been replicated in all the three senatorial districts of the State.
